It is crucial in any reporting feature to have a set of powerful filters that will help the recruiters and HR managers to make better decisions in their hiring options and process. For that and more, we have decided to step up our search filters in document requests and job reports by adding the following filters: Document requests report:
- Candidate First and Last name
- Stage (if the document request is sent from a job, to be able to search from which stage the document request was sent)
- Search by division
- Search by agency (if the CV belongs to an agency, the client need to search by agency name)
- on search by jobs (to be able to search within multiple jobs at the same time).
Jobs report:
- Expiry Date
To Check the filters updates in the document request report, check the following steps:
1-Go to report section in the system’s main navigation menu.
2- Open document request report, from the reports section
3- Check the newly added filters.
For Job reports updates, here are the following steps:
1-Go to report section in the system’s main navigation menu.
2- Open Jobs report, from the reports section.
3- Check the newly added filters. And your are done!
