Sometimes, hanging on to the past can be a great thing and both recruiters and HR Managers know this all too well. Having an activity log keeps work transparent and task management hassle-free. To bring more clarity in creating and managing different job posts, we at Talentera, have introduced history logs in the Job Dashboard which enlists all the actions performed by different team members on a particular job and even lets people add notes to the different actions. What’s more, you can even tag people in this log to remind them of a pending task or to take on a new one. Let’s go over how this works:
1. We updated the History Log for Jobs in the Job Dashboard to now show a full log of all actions performed on a job. Some of the many actions being logged are when the job is activated, deactivated, edited and much more!
2. You can also now add notes to the job, and even mention other recruiters in them similar to our Requisitions module! Need to remind a recruiter to perform a certain action on a job? Mention them in a comment!
The purpose of this upgrade is to make it easier for the recruiting team to keep track of how different users are interacting with the job ad and whether there are any loose ends that need to be fixed to get the job post working to its full potential. The clean history record brings every activity to light making tasks transparent, manageable and ultimately resolvable.
