Deletion Action for Multi-Employer Admins
What is it?
Sometimes admins under the multi-employer category receive requests to join the BCC from other companies. In some cases, these requests are rejected, and as a result, because this rejection has been registered into the system, companies are unable to send another request to the same admin.
To overcome this bottleneck, we have updated the authorization for the admins so they are able to delete previously rejected joining requests.
They’ll have to make use of a newly added action to the rejected tab called delete.
The new delete action will affect the following:
- The deletion will remove the rejected first time request.
- If the user accepts the BCC and later rejects it by deleting it, the account and all of the associated data like jobs and related users will be removed permanently.
New Task Type in Task Section
What is it?
Requisitions are an integral part of the hiring process. In some cases, the employer wants to add new tasks pertaining to requisitions. That is why we have added a new task type called “requisition”, so the sub-user can create and assign related tasks on the task page and identify other important details, such as due date and time, and whom the task is being assigned to.
The assignee will view the task from the task page with the requisition ID attached to it:
This change has also been reflected on smart rules where we have added the same new action for requisitions i.e ” create task”.
The new action will show the modal below:
However, this modal does not have a requisition ID since it will be retrieved from each approved requisition automatically.
