Keeping this dilemma in mind, Talentera’s new enhancement frees up time and boosts productivity by enabling automatic job sharing with users belonging to roles that you choose. Helping key decision makers and staff steer talent acquisition, this update will allow them to stay in the loop regarding the hiring status of open positions to ensure that your targets are always met.
Why does it matter?
Auto sharing of jobs with selected roles helps clients easily manage authorizations and information sharing, in addition to confirming secure handling. In line with best practices, Talentera allows you to maintain a safe and scalable recruitment workflow by prioritizing data access permissions to only those users who need it to perform their day-to-day tasks efficiently.
How does it work?
Assigning auto sharing of jobs allows our clients to grant “View“, “Fill/Edit” or “No Access” privileges to desired users.
1) Simply select preferred role from the drop-down list
2) Select permission (choose from “View”, “Fill/Edit” or “No Access”)
For example, if the selected role from the drop-down list is “Recruiter”, now the job will be auto shared with all users (i.e. Recruiters) within the specified role. For further convenience, when sharing jobs with a certain role, you can limit it to a division, or a division along with its parents.
Alternatively, the Auto Share with Requisition feature is an additional enhancement that automatically enables the job to be shared with the requisition creator (if the job was loaded from a requisition) to streamline collaboration from the get-go.
