This update focuses entirely on furnishing a smoother and more seamless recruiter-candidate communication experience. With the new and improved Letters Management Module, it has become increasingly easy to draft new letters, access and alter existing ones and share them across candidates with rich tagging and tailoring features.
Here’s a walkthrough of everything that this upgrade entails:

Letters Listing View
The Letters page has got a shiny new makeover. You can now view the letters with their title, type, and brief body preview laid out horizontally. This makes it easy to spot the letter you want to work with without having to open it individually.
What’s even better is that on choosing any letter, the screen now splits to open that letter in a mini window of its own, laid on top of the Letter Listing page. Just finish sending that letter and you’re back to your main page to send out another! Let there be no time wasted on loading or refreshing pages.
2. Adding Letters
On creating a new letter, you now get a brand new form that allows you to enrich the letter’s body copy with tags (macros), topographical emphasis, alignment, text formatting and so much more. Add links, personalize content and attach files with ease, right there from that split screen.
3. Use Letters to send messages
You’ll find all the new Letters’ enhancements when sending messages and e-mails from your Career Portal too! It’s all there because we know that direct messages to candidates can be just as important as well official emails.
